The colors suck, the effects are good. It's a rainbow gradient layer set to overlay or a similar mode.

I wasn't heated up at all, I have nothing against Lith, the colors just aren't good a la suck, phrasing may have been a bit harsh, but w/e. Tis my opinion, obviously.
