Has potential, I'd personally brighten it up a tad for clarity, its hard to see whats going on when you just take a look at it, I had to really look closely to make out the details. Also more depth as said above, apart from the effects on guy there isn't much going on, background is very dark and nothing on the left.

The sig itself is very dark, a light source is definitely needed. The focal also needs sharpening. Kiu

To be honest, I think that's what Lew was going for? Looks to me like he meant to make it "flat", since it's a dark piece. I quite like it. It's grim, and that's what gives it it's dullness. I like the tag bud, nice job.
