You really have to stop distorting the renders...
-
ok what do you mean by disstortion of my render? I dont see where its disstorted. but whatever i will keep trying to get a good critque from you guys here.... its a little discouraging and Im starting to feel like I just cant get anything right. Ive tried to follow tuts, and I cant find the tools and options some of them are talking about, I guess there isnt any tuts out for Photoshop Elements 8.

hold shift when u are making the render smaller

Bro, I've told you so many times, HOLD SHIFT WHEN YOU'RE RESIZING.
That way it'll keep the proportions.
We are giving you criticism, but there's no point in giving you feedback when you aren't even reading it.
Now, the effects look a bit LQ. You already know that the render is distorted.
Try not to make your text so big and in one line.
Try to be a bit creative with it.
You're getting better though, kiu!

Then obviously you're doing something else to distort the render.
The way you placed your render on the current signature you have now looks fine, just do that.
Oh yes distorting means the shape of the render and basically how it looks, you're distorting it by twisting it, stretching it, and basically making it look bad.
Like the shape of head looks odd, don't you think?
