I like it. Just a thought, it might add a nice touch if you add some electrical effects coming from his eyes and shooting out horizontally, sort of like Raiden from Mortal Kombat.

also it seems rather low quality in my eyes, and it could be using more "flashes" i don't really know how to explain it ( ofcourse that's my own personal taste to it. ) something like static lightning coming from his shoulders. just an example

The red clashes with the rest of the sig, and the Lich King doesn't have red eyes to begin with :/ don't like it, just looks tacky
