Another Hayley, for friend.
Made this as a gift for EncryptedCurse:P

Way too bright, i would tone it down a bit. I would also enlarge the text to a decent size, and pull them closer together.
Maybe add a vibrance layer to bring out more colour. Which is extrememly important for HW tags

not sure about the text imo
and its VERY BRIGHT
tone it down xD

Maybe add some darker spots in the background to add some depth to it and make it seem less bright. Also, the text looks like it was throw on in MS Paint. The font is bad, the stroke is horrendous. Perhaps try an overlay effect on the text. And some anti-aliasing if you choose to keep the stroke, looks kind of choppy my friend. You should also make the text larger, at the moment it's not legible, I have no idea what it says.

I don't see how you could mess up on a stroke since it's just a click thing?
And the text was clipping mask.

There's different things you can do with stroke bro. For one, it really shouldn't be black in this piece. You could set the stroke to overlay OR put a gradient on it that fades from one color to transparency. But my point wasn't that you messed up on the stroke, rather that you should remove it altogether. Try making the text white with overlay effect and having it run up the side of her left arm. Whatever you choose to do, the text really subtracts from the quality of the piece, if you don't find a way to incorporate better into the sig then it should just be removed. /my opinion
