there are several things that could be worked on here.
first the lightsource is way to bright, tone it down. it overpowers everything.
sec: you tried to obtain flow with the stripes, but the effects are in contradirection, so it doesn't work.
third: it's monotone, some extra colors would help.
fourth: text in a corner or near the border doesn't work. Better put it near de focal or try the "rules of thirds".
fifth: the face or head of a focal should be clean of effects (mostly) because it is the main thing people look at.

yeah first thing i saw was a too cloudy this looks like it could use more depth dry using your burn tool or some blur Gaussian and set opacity lower and erases the areas u want to be shown as said in my boy bloodgods tut i could show u it if u want to see it ? might help u with that let me know ttyl man kiu
I like this style and I like you "hiding" objects in this, I would say the light source is a tad bright tho. The text looks great but move it up as said above me
