Lmao I think it just Madara taking over Obito dead body **SPOILER ALERT** because in the latest manga his arm got blown off by konan so i'm not 100% sure still lol.

Yea I took off the text, it was hard to find good text to go with this.

The closer I look at it though it could be more "Smooth" but the render itself of Obito/Tobi/Madara was the kind of render that easily to get oversharpened

Looks great man, i have to agree with the tobi = obito's dead body theory

I think i focus more on the thing behind Obito, than Obito himself. Maybe blur it slightly, not too much though
The light source seems off also, maybe you could add more light to he right side of Obito's face. Since the C4D seems to be giving off light.
You could also slightly darken the corners.

Edit: After playing around with your sig (hope you dont mind) i have more advise

I think you could add a vibrance layer, to bring out the colours more. Although just for obito and the C4D, not the background. A colour balance would be great for bringing out the reds and such im the image.
Also, you could add a brightness/contrast layer for the C4D lightsource.

I do think this is your best one you have put on showcase thus far It's still got your artistic talent to it, also now has colour and that's a total bonus imo :P
