Alright, well, it's way too hectic. You have too many things going on and it's hard to determine the focal. The border or inward stroked that goes around your signature looks bad. Just stick to simple 1 - 2 px borders. I advise reading up on some tutorials and you'll eventually get the hang of it. Kiu!
