Personally, I like it. Don't usually like BnWs either, but there's enough going on to keep me interested. I still think it would look better with some color though, but that's just me. Your effects, and type are pretty sweet, and you've got good flow going on too. I think it could maybe benefit from being widened a little and just having some negative space on the right there.
