The text doesn't seem to go with this piece, I like the effect but this render seems off with it somehow .. Maybe blend in the left arm ( our left side:P) more and it might feel more smooth into the effect

I think since the render looks grungy to begin with, your bg should match it. Try turning the large lines going across the tag into a grungy sorta feel, catch my drift? Blend in the render a little more, and it will look nice. Keep working man.

Too small really, render is really badly blended. Text is really not good and doesn't fit, i think its on a bevel/emboss (am i correct?). The render is too dark. Other then that, nice effects. Try a bigger canvas, some more tuts and learn to do better text and you will turn out just fine!

Looks to me like he just has a shadow under the text..?
