Haha a very popular stock.
Anyways effects are very minimalistic. Not much was really done except for maybe some gradients splatter and that brush on his hand. And of course lighting, sharpening, etc.
More could be done to this imo.

I really like the red glow going on, put a black with some red brush on top an set it to screen or lighten see if you can't get more from it ?
