dunno. the colors don't match, that is i just don't like this combination. nice rippling, it fits the tag. there are some round objects in the tag that don't fit imo. specially the brown one behind the text. the big purple one could be a planet or something, but still i would take it out. Just for fun you might try to put a photofilter on 55/60% density, (layer -> new adjustment layer -> photofilter) on a color to your liking.

Xelo covered it. You've got a lot of really cool elements and ideas here, but they don't really go with one another. Your colors are kinda weird, and I don't really like the overall color scheme, they don't really work together. The gradient in your text looks a little tacky too. If you want shiny text, I suggest looking up some glassy text tutorials. You've got some pretty decent compo, though. Clear focal, and the border works well for it.
