I know this really isnt on topic with the void, but i need some help.

At school, i was in the lower PE group, now i went up to the top group a few weeks ago. And i now find myself not being able to tackle well, and on a rugby team going to play the best team in the county.

Can anyone tell me how to tackle properley, because im embaressed to go to my teacher

how did u get on the top group if you dont know how to tackle?:P
get your head under their hand, your shoulder on the waist/stomach, push and grab their knees from behind. push and lift them up.with your whole body mass

Just get your shoulders around their waste/hips and wrap your arms around there lower body and use your body to take them down, but make sure you keep them on the ground in rugby or they will just get back up :-P
