Bathurst V8 Supercars

Here in Aus, we have a race... a race that we can sum up in one word... Bathurst (Ba-thurrst, not Bah-hurst like what was said on Top Gear). This race is what many Aussies live for and people are forced to choose a side... Holden or Ford.

This racetrack is 6.2km long, and within that distance it has an incline after 'The Cutting' of 1:6. Top speed of the racetrack can be about 300km/h (186m/h) and would have been alot faster if they weren't forced to add 'The Chase' due to several accidents and deaths.


However last Sunday, even with the added Chase, this corner can still be one dangerous turn... especially when a $1.20 part breaks as you enter it:

Well about 5 years ago Craig Lowndes copped a wheel to the Windscreen and the Pit crew has to rip out both the front and back windshield in the Pits.

Lol yeah NASCAR sucks sooo much. I hate it. This racing doesn't look that bad though.
