because i can't see many similaritys except for the fact that it was the same stock

They have exactly the same placement, scale and size, same goes for some of the effects. It's just an updated version of the old. Would it have been to hard to come up with a new idea for a signature, rather that using an old concept again. So that is classified as an premade since the idea and concept is way older than the competitions start time.
