Pretty nice, but you've made some wrong turns with the adjsutment layers. I think you've risen the contrast to much so it's very dark and black now. Try to redo some of the adjustments to lighten it up more.

Other than that it's cool, gj!

Do you mean "how do I create a new document/signature?" Press ctrl + n, put in the pixels size and chose transparant as background.
