The BG looks a bit blurred to me.I guess you should try working on the BG more.
I'm not really sure about the text
But nice effects going on cudi.I would add a lil more white.

Text could be closer to focal , and not be so edgy :S but it will come with time , eventualy.
depth is great, light aswell , works
