I swear I've seen something like this before. ^Lee^ made something almost exactly the same, but his rain effects where smoother and it had more depth imo.

they are both different colour / different rain animation
but practically the same sig

Lee's has fewer frames, different rain effects, and the render isn't zoomed in on like this one.

Is there a tutorial for this tag somewhere or something, is that why there's basically two of the same sig?

These are two different Sigs and unless the PSD was shared they are treated as two separate Sigs. This is because it's a Gif file, the colouring in both Sigs and the zoom levels are both different, something you cannot edit easily without a file.

So yes they are similar, but they are different.

Something I would seriously suggest is that people try different things. Yes it is cool to be able to copy effects and Sigs, but please try to expand your creativity in the future and create something unique. Not only does it create a real wow factor, but people will appreciate your work Alot more.
