it looks pretty good,i would only say that the flare on the right is just a tiny bit out of place but i know what you were going for kind of the eclipsing bright light behind the earth look right?

Very cool! But for the lens flare on the right, I would move more left and erase. So it appears behind the Earth.

Like others have said the lights look a little misplaced in some spots. But it still looks good.
I like the blurred border too, I think it's a nice touch. ;]
