What's the best FTP program?

I just got hosted by the owner of html-girl.net.. which I think is pretty cool cuz she's a girl 2. ANYWAY, I have no clue how to work FTP.. I know the basics but I dunno how to really get the page to display on the internet. So I'm wondering, what is the easiet and best FTP program to use?

I use SmartFTP but I have used CuteFTP and I didn't like it that much.

I use FileZilla - its free. A lot of people have problems with it - but not me =/.

i would say smartFTP will do the job...

cuteFTP is by far the best, ease of use-wise

i vote for filezilla, its the best. its a lot easier than some out there and a lot more powerful. it's ability to save connections for different servers is a lot easier to work with than most I have seen.

FileZilla works fine for me.

I have never used FileZilla but I do use SmartFTP which is free to use.

FlashFXP, it's neat fast and easy to use. I think it costs money but i thinks there is a freeware version, with -of course- less options.
