    Hey guys,

The following are some of the misc sketches I did when I was younger. Younger means about 15 years ago when i was in my late teens, early 20's. I'm having problems finding about half of my stuff, for some reason some of it is missing (i think my ex may have them which means they're long gone ).

If you have comments then refer to the number/title I will put below each one.

    1. Lizard Mount, based on Sci Fi artwork I have in a book

    2. Lizard Mount over Ruined City, sketch of Sci Fi artwork I have in a book

    3. Oil Platform

    4. Man, based on photo from misc. magazine

    5. Woman, sketch of Ell MacPherson from misc. magazine

The last two are more recent. Feel free to C&C.

man honestly, sometimes people just dont appreciate art for art. ie the fellow posting above me. it bothers me more when the person doing the critique has no discernable talent in the field that they are critiqing.
this is similar to would-be athletes doing sports commentary and tearing apart someones performance.
anyway, the rant is over, and with that said i suppose i should probably post some of my art, but im not going to right now so here goes your C&C at least lol.

    1. lacks sufficient details, if you didnt tell me what it was i wouldnt have known. decent for abstract if thats what you were going for, but i dont think you were?
    2. beyond impressed, you know you've accomplished your goal when i can use my imagination to see what (hopefully lol) you see.
    3. small but impressive. i like the small details put into the platform.
    4. good sketch, id just put some pants on that fellow lol
    5. the body looks really good, but it appears you had a tough time with the face, understandable though, attempting to do elle macpherson justice with a pencil is next to impossible lol

all in all, well done. i know this is a really late post but gugges comment really got under my skin lol
