The render is from animerender.net actually, where I've seen some of your stuff.
I saw the render and was like "ASDFJKLSJF must make something with this!" :P

Not bad, I like the overall feel of the signature. I might have lowered the saturation a bit and increased the contrast. And I would have also added a bit of a better light source and maybe a little better lighting on the hand maybe a 45px soft brush of aqua or bluish green set on screen with lower opacity.
