The signature looks LQ overall. Background and colors aren't working together. There's no depth, and no real lightsource. Try reading up on some tutorials. Right now all I see is a anime render pasted on to a poorly created background, and that's it. Come on put a little more effort into it, we both know you can do better. I mean your render has blacks whites and grays in it, It can basically blend with almost any colors. But then you throw blues and whites and then greens and yellows? and red? You're all over the map my friend. Keep the backgrounds close to the color scheme of the render. Or use a stock background that suits it well. Like I said try reading some tutorials it would benefit you greatly.

    you got flow
get rid of the fruit. throws the focal off.
try burning the bg a bit to bring out the focal more.
    maybe do a b&w version?

Black and white match with almost everything. And the ocean and grass having nothing to do with this, if you where to make a signature of the ocean and grass it would make more sense. But the fact that you splashed all these colors together without blending them properly makes it look awful. The colors just don't go together. That was my point.
