It's very nice, could be a lot better.

You have some gradiants on here that are too heavy, try lowering their opacity to let some of your richer colours in. Or change the gradiants colours to better suit your focal.

The text doesn't match here friend, try an lowering the white colour on it or change it to a more buddy yellow/brown.

Your b/g is too obvious a dup of your focal, I suggest maybe you try and just ever so lightly liquify the b/g or try moving it to a section of the focal thatt isn't in view already of the viewer.

Good looking tho ^^ Don't give up on this one.

Duplicated render in the background doesn't look too good.

It really makes it messy since the render has a lot going on in it.
Don't use that as your background, it's fine to use it, but here it's a big distraction.

Overall it looks low quality to me. The text could be worked on and the lighting is really off.
In fact, I can't really see a proper light source, try to work on that.

Remember, with lighting, if it's in a certain area, don't have the opposite area lighted as well.
Make sure it's somewhat realistic and makes sense.

This could've been worked on with a bigger canvas, it all feels to squished in and the border could go, that's something that is contributing to this piece being compressed like that.
