great effects, only thing off is the yellow c4d on the far left needs to be blended in a little and maybe a good lightsource, great tag kiu

You only smudged him on one side, it looks a little awkward. If you blended him a bit with the effect under the text I think that'd look better.
I like the vibrant colours, and how you used the actual logo for your text.
Could use some light.

Text is nice but it's too big and distracting.

It looks odd to have an incomplete smudge on top of a stock. Work on your smudging a bit more.

There doesn't seem to be a light source in this piece.
Depth and flow are good though.

Work on your smudging, lighting and experiment with some new effects.
