    Talking wolverine

    finding tutorial that have a rain effect
    then i failed.. i got to use a motion blur..
    but i don think if it is.. good or not

    I like it. I know you didnt quite get the rain effect right but it still looks good imo. Maybe change the color of your text too, it blends in with the white background too much.

    how to create a rain effect..
    because i use it in SOTW....
    the theme is "rain"

    im still a gfx noob, so im not really sure how to do it either, just try different tuts out there and keep trying.

    It looks like you almost got it. I think you added too much blur though, the rain should look a little sharper. You could maybe make it look better by duplicating your rain layer, sharpen it and set it to linear dodge or soft light (I just play around with settings to see what looks best)...adjust the opacity if you need to.

    If you're having trouble with making your own rain effect, you could also look up stock rain textures that other people have made. There's a lot of great resources out there just waiting to be used. :]
