The colours are pretty cool although I'm not too keen on the neg space all around him. The effects to the left are cool but the effects next to his head need to be redone or removed, it just throws it off for me because it looks messy. Overall though it's a good sig. KIU.

i like how you made it rainbowish, but that just doesnt fit here =/
also the line is running on his right, but not on his left, a bit weird innit
as for the text, the sig itself is rainbowish so why not make the text rainbowish too, itd fit the theme more

Some of the effects are good, but there really isn't much. I can't really judge your colors because i'm colorblindish
