Dont like the border and it is all quite choppy around the edges of the render I.E. his hands. The lighting needs to be touched up imo as it looks kinda flat in areas. The whole blurry thing kinda takes it down a notch too.

Its the sharpness that makes it look a bit choppy, towards the edges of the render try blurring it to make it fit in there.

Over sharp and way over contrasted (I think thats the word :S) in some places (i.e his helmet) but the depth is there and so is the lighting which is good but as I said before, over contrasted. Nevertheless, it's still a good sig but it has the potential to become better. KIU mate.

boarder is garbage lol try just like 2 in or 1 in boarder
maybe take layer of your focal back to the front lower opacity a little bit not allot then erase bits of it .the coloring looks better some how it's looking lq id erase or smudge in those red dots and use that water effect c4d i gave u in that pack i sent u.
and use the smudge brush the triangle one . and lightly smudge in around that layer make sure set on screen first sry. to give like a fog look effect with it kiu m8

It looks much better now but the gun is still over sharpened towards the trigger... try blurring that area also perhaps ??? and add some c4d behind the guy to make it look nicer if you want.
