Some people recommend me a larger format for my signatures,so here is a new format is it better then 400 px x 100 px?

Better size but far too simple for the techniques used. In large part because it's so very dark.
Also, 3/4th of the tag (left side) is just empty... You're improving though which is good to see! KIU!!

the size is fine but its the render now thats too small

its eerie and those white lights catch my eye, but I feel there is too mcuh "Black" maybe if the render was bigger an taking more space, or you had a more detailed bg to show off on the left side it would help this scene more ( maybe a graveyard or an battled down city.)
