Monotone and extremely dull. I'm confused why there is a tone of grey at the bottom, it doesn't really blend in.
Nothing really pops to me in this piece, you're missing a 'wow' factor which is also bringing down your depth.
Try not to make your pieces completely one tone of color. I understand how you tried to use the grey, but it doesn't really work. If you're going to make it monotone, at least try to brighten certain area's and darken other to correct your lighting.
Text is really distract because it pops out more than the piece itself. So get rid of that.
