Kakashi Gaiden Manga Tag ~Radillac~

Found a pretty crappy quality scanned page from the Kakashi Gaiden manga, so most of the work was to clean the image up form all the noise. After that I could get into the recoloring process, since it were black and white before. And finally I added some lightning and fractal sparkles.
I kept the black signs at the right since it contributes with some nice flow.
