Lol, I really didn't know what to call it and the first thing that came to mind was butterfly. Don't ask me why though.

what yo udid with her shoulder that floral patter clipping or over lay w/e it is is a fantastic touch might I suggest you also carry that out slightly in the bg an make a dup copy of it than blur it than erase "some" parts to give it a cool depth feel.
