Reminds me of your Bellatrix signature for sure. Nice effects, but I think you should add a nice photofilter to bring the colors together.

Good foreground FX, needs better lighting and blending, try working with the flow of the ODST soldier, he's looking in a certain direction which can bring out a good lighting concept.

Btw, I thought you like quit using Photoshop ;o?
