    I can't really tell what the focal point is, it needs to be lighter, needs more depth with contrast, and the right side is unnecessary. I like it though all in all, the sword looks pretty sweet and I bet you added the effects to it. Just try to make it stand out a little more next time, and definitely declare a focal point. I wasn't quite sure what I was supposed to be looking at.

    Its too dark. You should try lighting it up and making the fire really pop since it seems to be the focal you were going for

    Here, idk if you like this at all, but this is what I would have done just by using adjustment layers:


    I made sure that the sword was the light source and focal point and I established depth in the tag. Hope you kind of get the gist?

    Version two is better but you need to go back through the layers to see what's causing the darkness. Clean it up, fix lighting
