    Hey guys. This is a siggy for a contest on another forum. The theme is war and combat. What do you guys think? Any tips / advice? Thanks...here it is:

    Render is blended badly. Blending is more then just opacity changes. The bg looks ok. The text is alright but hard to read. The border is kinda not matching either. Needs some work.

    The render is blended with more than opacity changes. In fact there are no opacity changes. I just used feathering and linear dodge mode. How would you suggest I blend it?

    Sorry for being a little harsh mate. It seems that the render was just lowered opacity. But blending is best done imo with using blending modes and fetahering. I usally use Lumnosity and a feather of 10-20. It usally works out well if you have a good render.

    uhh try coloring the render because it doesnt blend at all and it looks faded...personnaly i cant see a thing u featherd...eh its aight but i dun like it

    I figured out why it looks weird. It was because i didnt feather enough. Tell me how this looks?



    Only problem i think is the top left corner. His shoulder doesnt look very blended. Comments please?

    It looks worse. The render is all messed up now. You feathered way to much. the text is impossilble to read.

    i think you should start from the beggining and try to get it right doesnt look like a winning sig IMO.
    DONT talk if you have NOTHING good to say.
