I have this problem on my photoshop where I use the rectangular marequee tool, try to move something near the edge, make a brush near the edge and it almost locks on to the side and sometimes goes out of the image and I HATE it. I never figured out what it was and how to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have had this problem too, normally I just save the image and open it again, and it's fine though.

It happened again and it drives me crazy. Maybe someone knows what's going on now, anyone have an idea?

Try doing that. If your trying to select something precise - it locks.

Yup, morphius solved it for me. I won't say what the problem was because I don't want to share my stupidity. But thanks again, morph. and others
