Haha, well it is what it appears to be in the eyes of the viewer. Fire bender to me, fire ball farter to you, and might be a sun good to someone else. Your imagination is the limit!

To me it looks like he is making fire rise from the floor because he is bored, so it's an awesome concept and adding fire to the hand makes it look like he is controlling the flames.
