I like it the only thing seems to be the lighting is off, you got the light directly behind the render and going off the left so his face and left side of the render should be a bit more brighter and the box behind the text draws a lot of attention away from what you want to be focal, also I would slightly blur the render on the right to try and add a little more depth to the piece but it does look really good kiu

I love it(shame I'm not Halo fan),and I also love the light behind the render...it creates sense of depth..
