I like the second one better, but the text is very hard to read over all nice job on both.

they are both very lq, but i like the effect in the first one, but you need to ditch the text there, it would look much better without. 2nd one, again the text, and it looks lq due to the sharpening, i see you tryed to create depth but youve sharpened to much, try using the burn tool more for creating depth. KIU greetz

in the DMC tag some parts are unnecessarily blurred and unnecessarily sharpened

Well I like the blur,I purposely left it blur on certain places in order for the pseudo 3D/depth feel(cuz u know,3D is all about depth lol) and if you asked me hell I would do it again,about the sharpness,I agree that I overdo it in places.
And that damn HQ again??What is HQ anyway..I made 1000 adjusting layers,and checked them triple...

It's expecially the oversharpening that makes the signature look lq,
about the blur i know what you want to accomplish but in my eyes
it didnt worked out fine, srry for that. But try not to overdo the blur
you can also adjust the opacity off the blur and sharpentool, try that
once. KIU
