I love what you have done with it so far mate!
I think a little bit of abstract shapes can go in the background. Maybe try a few hard brushes or something

Never giving up!!
I like the ink-bleed eagle,you only need work on the background a little bit,cuz I think it's fading,a liiittle bit more strong colors will do some good work,and it will be again simple but also standing out.

I love the work, maybe use a small border in the last edit, i think i would make it look more as a signature! Greetz
