I like the theme of the tag,The Combine are evil bastards and colors fit well for this city guard.
I like the sci-fi BG but he's almost non-visible.Also over his head is pretty dark,blending is little off and overall brightness and contrast.Put some of these and the tag will be killahh.

Ye my contrast and brightness is always off because of my main computer where I do PS. Looks a lot different on that computer than on my laptop. Will defs fix it up
