So he had one solid hour to make that signature, no premade regulation broken.

However he broken on of the other SOTW rules:

7. You're not allowed to use a signature that you have posted on the forums for critique. You are only allowed to post your signature after the SOTW Voting has been set up.

So therefore SOFT aka #7 will be disqualified!
