NIce details in the effects but I find the overall composition all over the place. I don't think the effects are well-placed and though by itself they are very appealing, in the overall scheme of things I don't think its going good with the girl. Work on the lighting and placement

Well I like the style you're going for, but I think it could have been executed better. You done a nice job with the lighting but the effects near the bottom are very messy. Try clean it up a bit or replace it with a nice, light C4D or something. Also, the effects around the edges are distracting attention from your focal. Maybe you could burn the edged and part of your focal for some nice depth and more attraction. Another thing you could do, is make your flow more distinctive.
Overall, I think you've done a good job, but with some improvements you'll have a real nice style. Good job.

hey bro! nice one, but some strange things.... the jacket on her left side looks weird with one part black and one part purple... the light over her shouldere is a bit to bright imo...
and may i say the girl has a dumb look over her face?? not my type whaha!

I think what was said above is correct, I think this needs some solid flow here, and as she is leaning to one side, might try to make your effects angle that way as well. I would say this piece could use more solid form, maybe try a bunch of diff kinda brushes and clip mask to see what happens, try and make the clipping look as if it goes infront and behind her to help with depth

Ex beat me to loading up the effect xD
