    Not bad, a little cluttered.
Effects dont need to be Sharpened so much.
The light source on top of his hat is really distracting, unless his hat is the focal point.
    Overall, its pretty good.

The texture near his face is a no-no..try adding depth by blurring the sides and sharpening just the focal. I like the flow.

That texture over everything completely ruins the whole signature

I think it's a bit cluttered and you should focus your effects more across the canvas not purely on the focal because it kinda loses it's focus.

Try to darken the sides a bit because your lighting is coming from the top right beside the render head.

    Bring the lighting out.

Make sure you watch your colors, fading out your colors will make your tag look washed out. A very important thing when making signatures is to make sure that you don't make things look too hectic (busy, a lot going on). It is always good to tell a story when making your signatures, allow people to see what is going on and add a purpose to it.

For example; he is spinning so I get the line around him but why is it breaking? Is this a grunge themed tag or is it an abstract tag?

Use gradients to even out colors, use your burn tool to add shadows and your dodge to lighten up bright areas. Add depth by blurring the background a bit and add a light source. Follow the rule of 3rd and you'll be good to go.
