The only filters u'll ever really use in PS is clouds, motion blur, sharpen and a few distorts occasionally

I don't use as many filters anymore, but I do still use a lot of distort and blur filters.

i like filters maybe more then brushing... brushing is so simple, but in filters works u must trying trying and trying a lot of time to get something really cool ...
