Looks very good, I just think all of your tags are a little too dark, and its hard to see some of the backgrounds.

hey bro this piece looks like it has a lot of potential
Only a few things holding it back from becoming an awesome piece
First thing is the lighting.
It is very dark over the render's face which is not what you should be aiming for.
I'd definitely make it lighter. This is dragging too much attention to the hands, which is not what is supposed to be to the focus of the signature.
If the whole render is lightened up, I think it will have an awesome atmosphere which gives off a very nice effect.
Next is those pentooled lines. They definitely seem to thick at the bottom to me
Personally I'd just get rid of them but seems like you want them so just make it thinner and it will look better ^.^
Now aside from the render, imo the general lighting needs to be better. You can see by the render's face, that the light should be coming from the left. So therefore just burn the right some more to give off a more realistic look.
Than BAM you now have an awesome signature with an awesome atmosphere and lighting ^.^

As josh said, it has a lot fo potential to be a good sig
Atmosphere is nice, but as said it lacks lightning
try to use the filter:
render>lightning effects (realy helps)
I would remove the glowing lines around her arms
the darker spots and depth seems fine to me , a few tweeks and its an awsome tag man ^^

The piece itself looks great, has a very good concept.
I'll keep this CnC short so you won't get confused.
The lighting could use some work, try adding more red and more white around her arms and body. Overall, try lighting up the entire signature because it looks really dark and those swirls should be emitting a lot of more light than the current one.
The effects around her hands are kind of confusing, they seem like mist coming from the back but it then looks like its coming from her hands in which case they should be really bright to match the direct glow from the hand effects.
Blurring and Sharpening will help this tag a bit more, even texture. If you add these things then you can/will be able to tell the difference between render and background and right now that is what this tag is missing.
Other than that you kept it simple which is always a good thing, you knew where you wanted to go and you executed it, for that great job.
Remember, there is no rule again'st making dark signatures so feel free to leave it dark. The only problem is that you need to make it easier to define the render from the background.
Great job, keep it up.
Rep+ is always appreciated to let me know if I am doing my job correctly ^^
