Looks chaotic and over sharpened.
Difficult to realize where the focal was at first..
It needs more flow

yes... more flow... and i would use the burn tool to add depth. the edges are so bright it takes away from my eyes finding the focal... I can see some smexy detail in it though and some cool effects.

I think you played well with sharpen and I think the colours really blast this tag up well.

I agree with the 2 prev posts that this image has no real flow to direct your attention to the focal and seems to wash her out.

Imo I would take off some of your effects(esp on her) work more with the flow of her body with your effects ( top left going bottom right) and darken it up a little. Adding more darkness to this image imo would pass of great depth for you. Stick to your colours, I think they match her up really well
