Default Is this a viable tablet?

I'm looking to use it for just about everything I can, but mostly painting, would this be a viable choice?

According to the reviews on Amazon its a 4 star tablet, but I was hoping someone here actually had it and could tell me, I'm basically looking for a cheap, really good tablet. When I say cheap, I mean under 100$.

Get wacom bamboo pen. Srsly. It is really good anD will be enough for your needs for a long time if you don't get into digital painting.

Anything made by Wacom will automatically outrank any tablet company in durability and efficiency as well as quality. Professionals as well as beginners all over the Globe use Wacom as their primary Tablet company of choice, people who don't really have others to give them tips and hints go for other tablets.

Nikko De Matia (one of my favorite Artists) is the lead face for some new Tablet company but even he admits to using Wacom as a go-to for his professional work.
