its way to bright ;[ the white bg and the effects, its flat and bit lq, i think u should give it more colourfull and darker effects.

Definitely WAAAAAYY too bright. maybe with a daqrker background the effects you've added will stand out more, I think you might be on to something, but it needs some work.
