very very very nice man i love the blending on this piece and the colors used i wish the smudge was cleaner and the light is too bright but overall a nice start keep working on it man clean some things up i know it can be better
damn, I like what you did with the feet
the points where ut goes wrong are:
- The upper part. the FX gets too grungy and lq, and there is overall in the upperpart too much FX
- The lightening source is way too bright. tone it down a bit
- Also, there is a bit too much sharpening in some area's, but that's not the biggest problem

My comments are mostly the same as eye's own, lighting too intense, some oversharpened bits and some of the effects are too bright as well but I loved the composition, the text and the background.
Also this isn't CnC but just me, I'm pretty tired of seeing that male stock you used :P
